I have specifically booked a room with a balcony and ocean view, but was initially placed in a dark, tiny room with no balcony. That room was very dirty and on the first day I have found no staff to help me out. The man, who checked me in was lazy and no help at all, even though I speak the local language. On day two at least I was put in the room I have booked and paid for. The young woman, who helped was really sweet.

Odalar resimde göründüğü gibi değil deniz manzaralı oda kiralamıştık ancak deniz ucundan kıyısından gözüküyordu kahvaltısı güzeldi temizlik için ise değerli eşyalarınız olmasından dolayı temizlik yapamıyoruz dendi 2. gün. 3. gün zorla temizlettik resmen.

İlgisizlik

Hizmet ve ilgi sıfır. Resepsiyonda bekleyen kimse yok, bir ihtiyaç olduğunda ulaşabileceğiniz kimse bulunmuyor. Oda temizliği yapılmıyor çöp ağzına kadar doldu, tuvalet kağıdı bitti kontrol eden yok. Çift kişilik odada neredeyse tek kişilik diyebileceğimiz bir yatak var. Deluxe oda diye fazla para alıp zemin katta tüm gürültüyü duyabildiğimiz küçücük bir oda verdiler. Ses yalıtımı sıfır, otel sakinlerinleri kapıları çarpa çarpa içeri girdikleri için deprem olmuşcasına ses ve sarsıntı hissettik. Her konaklama yerinde muhakkak bulunan kettle, kahve, çay, su vb gibi ihtiyaçların hiçbirisi yoktu. Bu kadar olumsuz yorum yapmak istemezdim ama verdiğimiz paraya gerçekten üzülüyorum, aynı fiyata çok daha güzel yerlerde kalabilirsiniz.

Ekonomi odasının yetersizliği

Ekonomi odası aldık ama odanın tek penceresi vardı ve küçücüktü. İçerisini havalandırmıyor, aydınlatmıyordu. Karanlık, nemli, havasız bir odaydı. Duş aldıktan sonra bütün nem, buhar odaya doluyordu. Kapalı alan fobisi olanlar kesinlikle tercih etmesin.
