"The front desk did an excellent job under the circumstances. There was a huge concert at the Shoe that night. We arrived at 3:30 and the check in line was wrapped out the door. Unfortunately they only had 2 elevators working so after check in, you had to wait in another line for the elevator. We had booked a room with 2 beds. When we got to our room, it was a king, for 3 people. We weren't going to wait in the line again to get into another room as there was still a line of 50 people waiting to check in. We were able to let the front desk know to just send up pillows and a blanket and we'd make do. By the time we returned, the pillows and blanket had been delivered. The front desk were champs that night. They did let us use the service elevators which eased some of the frustration of waiting. Management should have anticipated and planned better. The room was a typical hotel room. Nothing special. It wasn't dirty but wasn't spotless either. If pressed for a night's sleep and this is what was available I would stay again. We didn't use any of the other amenities."

"Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, had all the stuff you expect and had good water temp and pressure. The area around it was questionable. If you want to have a crazy light at a local “club” you have many options. If you’re looking for a sketchy gas station that has a “shabby” aura… even more options."

"Air conditioner was broken in the first two rooms I tried. The building is really run-down. Stains on all the walls, elevator button plates falling off the wall, shower curtain missing connections, caulking around the tub was split. It just seemed like a dirty location. I won’t stay there again."

"We came for concert at the Shoe only 25 minute walk, nice to have several restaurants within walking distance, great room only bad thing was floor looked clean but feet ended up filthy just needs mopped. Loved the steamer, blow dryer and refrigerator worked amazing beds were very comfortable. "

"The staff were not helpful! Booked 3 rooms could only check in 1 at 4 was told could check in the others after concert went to check in they said the others had a “maintenance” issue when they were booked full so we had 1 room for 5 people at 1230 am when all hotels were booked solid they had no cots and had no solutions for us. We had a child with us and had already had to wait outside 20 mins for the staff to return and then did not have our additional rooms. The drive home would’ve been 3.5 hrs. We all had to stay in one room with no refund no solution no nothing. Do not recommend especially for a huge even like the Luke Combs concert we attended! "
