Thank you for taking time to submit a review. Although coffee is not available in the lobby all day, it is available to make in your room anytime you prefer and we can bring you more coffee to the room if needed. As a coffee drinker myself I certainly understand the importance of availability!

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. As per your reservation, it looks like you booked an accessible tub room and we upgraded you to the same room type that was also a suite with patio access. It is true we do not have microwaves in the room but there is one available in the marketplace for guest use in the lobby if needed. Lastly, Tapestry hotels do not include breakfast however there are often rates you can bundle it in if you so choose. The restaurant is a full service restaurant that offers a menu of items to choose from throughout the day. Although I certainly understand the frustration of waiting for your room and then finding yourself in a dirty room due to a miscommunication on our end.
