The property was clean. The room was supposed to be a King and I truly think it was a queen bed not King. The coffee ended at 9am on Sunday which is too early. We went down and it was gone.

As many others have said, one chair is really weird. Also no fan in the bathroom and plastic glasses in wine country. But brand new, very clean and great location.

The rooms were designed with the minimalist aesthetic to offer a clean and clutter-free environment. Convenient location on lake Canandaigua, NY. Well maintained property inside and out. The restaurant and bar area get quite loud. While I was there for an overnight stay there were a large number who had been grossly ‘over served’. The outside fire pit area was a nice place to sit and enjoy the view.

I love the renovations done to the hotel. Everything is so nice and can. Great style. We did not eat or drink here. But the room was clean. Staff were friendly.

Thank you for taking time to submit a review. Although coffee is not available in the lobby all day, it is available to make in your room anytime you prefer and we can bring you more coffee to the room if needed. As a coffee drinker myself I certainly understand the importance of availability!
Booked a room thru expedia. Learned we'd been placed in mobility accessible (ie, disability) room. Called & was told we were 'upgraded.' On arrival, our 'upgrade' was to a disability suite! no lamps, minimalist table, etc. Also burned at the restaurant, long story. Had to walk out.

I am sorry to hear your bathroom soaps were not refilled during your stay, we will use that as a learning opportunity for our staff and communicate with the individuals as necessary to ensure satisfaction for our next guests. We had a huge hotel room- 350 square feet, but the space was not effectively set up for a comfortable stay. For example, there was a large couch in the room but it faced the bed and was on the same wall as the TV so no way to sit on the couch to watch the TV. Not everyone likes to sit on a bed to watch TV. There was a small table with two chairs next to the bed even though there was a huge unused area that you walked into from the door measuring about 18' X 12 ' that was empty! There was no microwave in the room although there was a mini fridge. There was no complimentary breakfast instead an expensive restaurant on premises. The grounds were very nice and proximity to a walking trail around the lake was easily accessible.

I will pass along your comments on the room configuration and see if we can move some things around to have it make more sense for guests to watch TV from the sofa. It is true we do not have microwaves in the room but there is one available in the marketplace for guest use in the lobby if needed. Lastly, Tapestry hotels do not include breakfast however there are often rates you can bundle it in if you so choose. The restaurant is a full service restaurant that offers a menu of items to choose from throughout the day. The property location is convenient for local attractions. The lake location is beautiful. The room was clean. We had to request extra towels. Hotel restaurant staff was good. Hotel food options are limited to just one restaurant.

We stayed for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! The rooms were clean and comfortable the shower was perfect. Also we loved that they came and cleaned our rooms, made the bed and gave fresh towels which should be included in a hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

This is a great place to stay. The staff is kind and welcoming. The only problem we had was the “Lakeview Room”. Our room did not have a lakeview that we planned for but the staff gave us a discount because we were unsatisfied with the view. We will stay again soon!!!!

Wonderful newly opened hotel has lots of glitches.
I wasn’t given room I booked due to system miscommunication between Hotels.com and Hotel Canandaigua. (I think due to this hotel’s recently installed reservation system.) Amazing front desk staff, very understanding accommodating. BIGGER ISSUE; premiere suite I booked was woefully under-furnished due to furniture, artwork not yet delivered. I should have been warned and should NOT have paid full price for a sparsely furnished room. I will contact Hotel Canandaigua to request a voucher for my next stay.

Arrived at property and room was not ready. We had a 2 hour wait and they they said room is now ready. Got to room and the room was not even clean. Dirty sink, bathroom supplies shower gel soap shampoo were not restocked. Room was dusty and dirt on tables. Glass Ring stains on nightstand. Room was clearly not cleaned. Front desk said you can go stay elsewhere if you don’t like the room. This was a holiday weekend. Unacceptable for any Hilton property.

Very loud music from bar next door until 10:30pm. Morning coffee did not have any sugar only sweeatner. When asked restaurant staff said that’s all there is. After found sugar on tables. Laziness? Indifference? I expected better.

Check in was at 4. I got there at 4 and was told my room wouldnt be ready for awhile. I needed to shower and get ready for an event. I was told to get ready in the pool bathroom which didnt have a shower. My room was not ready till 550! An hour and 50 mins after check in. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasnt anyone. Very disappointed in what could be a really nice place.

Even though the property was new, there were scratches along many of the walls/ doors already. We had no hot water the night of our arrival, though it did return the following morning. The bathroom was very large and nicely equipped, however the small mirror fixed to the larger one serves no purpose unless you’re 7 ft tall- it can’t be moved and is much too high for anyone to use at all.
On the positive side staff was very friendly and food was delicious, except coffee was pretty weak and espresso not any good- recommend you invest in a Nespresso machine- quick and easy and a great espresso/ cappuccino every time!
