  • Located in Canandaigua, NY on the West side of Canandaigua Lake. One of the few homes located right on the lake. It has spectacular lake views from all sides of the house. This property can only be booked through VRBO..

    The home itself, offers around 1800 square feet of casual waterfront living. It is a bright, newly remodeled, comfortable home. The upper floor features beautiful hard wood floors, perfect for reducing allergens. There is a full kitchen, dinning/living room area, master bedroom with a king sized bed and a full bath. This property can only be booked through VRBO. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. There are sliding glass doors in both the dining area and the master bedroom that open onto a private covered deck that runs the full length of the house. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or a glass of wine at night. This property can only be booked through VRBO.

    The lower floor has a carpeted sitting area with 2 bunk beds, ½ bath, laundry room and a screened in lanai perfect for BBQ’s, family gatherings, and game nights (foosball table). This property can only be booked through VRBO. There is also a 5 person jacuzzi spa with a lake view for you to relax in and over 60 feet of shoreline to fish or swim. If you come with your boat we have a buoy in front of the house.

    Canandaigua Lake is one of New York’s most beautiful lakes, situated in the famous Finger Lakes region . This is a unique and special vacation home which gives you a chance to enjoy every aspect of a summer on the water. This property can only be booked through VRBO.

We have stayed at this property multiple times & always find it well maintained & equipped. In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise. Amazing Water Views

You can't beat the views at this lake house, we commented that it was almost like being on a houseboat. It was super hot but down by the water in the shade of the umbrella, there was a nice breeze and the water was refreshing. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Great stay.

Ideal spot on the lake

Dawn’s house is an ideal spot on Canandaigua lake! Right on the water and million dollar views! Convenient to the marina for a boat rental and close to town for restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Great 2 week stay at the lake! Can’t wait to go back!

View of the lake from each of the outdoor spaces were gorgeous. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning. House had everything we needed. Owner communicated with us well and we overall had a great time! Shower placement is interesting with the bathroom between the two bedrooms but we made it work. Would rent again!

Lake house Trip #2!

This is mine and my family’s 2nd time at this lake house, and once again it was a great trip! The property being right on beautiful Canandaigua Lake is awesome . Last time we visited it was October and we didn’t get a chance to get in the water, but this time we were able to swim in the crystal clear water and kayak a few times (bring your life vests)! Accessibility to the finger lakes wineries is great, and one of the hosts, Dawn, is super communicative and made checkin and stay a breeze. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend!

My favorite place in the world

This was my seventh or eighth time staying here, and for me there is no better getaway on earth. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise while still laying in bed makes it worth it to get up super early even if it is vacation. The town is a short drive with plenty of amazing places to eat. The house itself is great, it is incredible sitting by the lake fishing during the day and with a fire at night, or in the screened in porch lake side if it is raining. Plus it is always nice chatting with the owner Dawn once or twice a year… I only wish I could get up there more! Thanks again Dawn… Hope to make it up there again in the fall

A Wonderful vacation with family

The property is located on a beautiful location on Lake Canandaigua. I stayed there with extended family on August 19 to August 26. It was a fun time, we did hikes in the area, visited historic sites, attended a concert and the NY State Fair. We also used many of the things that were available at the house. Like the barbeque, ping pong table, kayaks, swimming right from the dock, and of course the jacuzzi. We also found that the kitchen had all the appliances to make our meal preparations go smoothly.
