Very good hotel, extremely clean and amazing and helpful staff. We stay there in October which is not the sky time so it was a bit far and hard to drive but I assume that it perfect for sky vacation

it is a great hotel, if it had the elevator it would have been an excellent hotel in all departments. Breakfast, restaurant, rooms and staff. Beautiful location in the mountains

How can we get any better?
We were surprised to have a wonderful 6 course gourmet meal served upon our arrival. Breakfast was fantastic with many options. The room was modern and comfortable. I noticed the floor didn't seem clean (vacuumed) in the bedroom but otherwise, no complaints. Excellent location with boundless beauty, a few alternate food and shopping options, and right across the street from a cable car.

Gorgeous and delicious at a high Dolomite Pass
This hotel deserves 3 stars, the food deserves a Michelin Star. And the views and hiking are also excellent

The owners and the staff of this hotel were excellent, very helpful, and made us feel at home. The hotel is located in a beautiful location and everything inside it feels clean and new. Breakfast was great with a very big variety, we highly recommend this hotel!

All around top notch
Words cannot express what a wonderful stay we had at Col Di Lana! First of all, the location was spectacular and our room was clean and comfortable. In addition, with half board, we were able to experience the restaurant that deserves Michelin stars for its delicious food! When something on the set menu didn't suit us, the dining room staff made special food to meet our needs, both with food restrictions (one of us is celiac) and to make sure they cooked foods we'd enjoy. However, the highlight of our stay was the hospitality provided by the staff at this hotel. Matteo and the woman at the front desk answered every question we had with a smile, giving us weather updates and making excellent suggestions for hikes and activities in the area. We truly felt cared for, and were treated like family. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to one day return. What a gem!!!

Great hospitality in a dramatic location
The setting at Pordoi Pass is stunning, with chair lift and walking routes available right there. The hotel staff were very gracious at reception, in the bar and in the dining room. We chose the half board option with dinner and breakfast, and were especially delighted with the delicious four-course dinner. I would highly recommend Hotel Col di Lana.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen am Pass. Die öffentlichen Räume sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert und in einem top Zustand. Die Wirte und Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was man braucht, Kaffee ist sehr gut. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Hotel nella media in una posizione spettacolare ma scomoda se bisogna spostarsi con la macchina x via dei 27 tornati da fare x arrivare a valle.. ma questo era considerato.... La cosa ridicola è stata di dover pagare l'acqua della cena nonostante il nostro soggiorno comprendesse la mezza pensione!!

Struttura buona, situata al passo Pordoi con paesaggio meraviglioso ma scomodo per arrivare al paese di Canazei . Essendo stata la prima vacanza da queste parti non mi rendevo conto, ma diventa scomodo dover ogni volta scendere per arrivare ai paesini sottostanti. Buono il cibo, curata e abbastanza ricercata la scelta del menù che comunque propone ogni giorno qualcosa di tipico, non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l'acqua sia a pagamento e non compresa nella mezza pensione così come caffè e cappuccino a colazione.

Gentili Clienti,Vi ringraziamo per la Vostra recensione.Ci teniamo a chiarire che le bevande calde (caffè, cappuccino, ecc.) fanno parte della colazione e sono comprese nel prezzo della stanza mezza pensione.Mentre le bibite ai pasti raramente sono comprese, solo in caso di trattamento "all inclusive".Ci dispiace che per Voi il Passo Pordoi fosse troppo distante dal paese di Canazei (20 minuti circa di auto). Solitamente se il Cliente ci telefona specifichiamo sempre la distanza. Qui al Passo si gode soprattutto del silenzio. Ci auguriamo che abbiate comunque potuto godere di una rilassante vacanza. Camere pulite e servizio in sala cortese. Peccato la poca chiarezza ed educazione di una delle titolari. Al checkout quando ho chiesto spiegazioni in merito al pagamento dell'acqua a cena con la mezza pensione mi è stato domandato se mi fossi svegliata male e quando mi è stato presentato il conto totale, segnalando che avevo già pagato in anticipo, sono stata redarguita con uno STIA CALMA! Inoltre, errore mio, ho segnalato solo in fase di partenza il water rotto e il phon senza protezione nelle ventole e sono stata nuovamente ripresa perché era mio compito controllare la stanza a detta loro. In ultimo, leggo in altri siti dove segnalano presente un menù bimbi che in realtà non è presente, non è mai nemmeno stato proposto.

The remote location is incredible with some of the best views of the Dolomites. Because it’s in the middle of nowhere there’s very limited facilities and restaurants outside of the hotel, but that’s to be expected. However, it’s right in the middle of some of the best walks and views in the Dolomites. Food is pretty standard, but given the price is an amazing deal. Ideal for walkers, climbers and bikers looking for no frills but the best location.

valde boendet pga läget på passet. Personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, fast man måste fråga efter allt aktivt, de förstår inte vad man skulle kunna behöva (typ torkrum efter en dag i ösregn). Men allt finns. Ganska god mat och den bästa Aperol Spritz jag har fått hittills.

Super Hotel it neuwertigem Zimmer gutem Bett
Sehr schönes einladendes Hotel am Passo Podoi. Mein Motorrad durfte man in die Tiefgarage stellen was ich als sehr freundlich und super empfand.Das Abendessen war qualitativ sehr sehr gut.

I'll be back
Bili na skijanju - 5 nočenja nas 5 - obitelj. Hotel na prijevoju 2239 metara. Izuzetno ljubazni domaćini. Toplo i čisto. Klopa je izvrsna, za doručak ima svega od voća do kobasica i jaja, za večeru više izvrsnih slijedova. Vina nisu skupa i sva koja smo probali su bila izvrsna. Uz to svaku večer izvade i platu sa sirevima za narezati. Skijaške staze su 150 m od hotela (na selarondi) i prva je staza jedna od najlakših na cijeloj selarondi (za početnike). Ako vam treba divljanje i šoping poslije skijanja Arabba 9 km, Canazei 12 km - serpentine, pazite ako pada snijeg. Sobe nisu prevelike, ali su dobro koncipirane pa ako vas je više nazovite hotel mislim da će vam izaći u susret. Uz to cijena je duplo manja nego slični hoteli u dolini. Bez problema gledali filmove na Wi-fi-u. Najbolja preporuka.

Memorable Stay!
Quick and painless check-in, the room was spotless and cozy, service was prompt and pleasant. I slept quite well in the comfortable bed, in a very quiet location. Fantastic breakfast! Breath-taking scenery all around the hotel, definitely worth the drive up from nearby Canazei.

これぞドロミテ！
クラシックな建物だが部屋は広くて快適。窓からサッソルンゴやポルドイ峠の奇岩が望め、ドロミテの風景を満喫できた。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかった。

Great location and great staff!
The location of the hotel is just fantastic. Beautiful views all around. And the staff is great too, at the hotel as well as the restaurant. The manager also had good tips for hikes in the surrounding area.

Hotel in atemberaubender Hochgebirgslandschaft
Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Das Hotel liegt auf 2.240m direkt bei der Seilbahn auf den Sass Pordoi (2.950m) inmitten des riesigen Skigebiets der Sella Ronda. Also ideal zum Skifahren. Den Apres-Skitrubel der Täler mit Schirmbar und Discomusik findet man hier nicht, dafür ein grandioses Hochgebirgspanorama mit unendlicher Ruhe. Das Hotel verfügt u.a. über einen großen Speisesaal mit Menue-oder a la Carteangebot, eine Bar, beheizten Skikeller, kostenloses, schnelles w-lan in allen Bereichen, genügend kostenlose Parkplätze...Der Pordoi-Pass ist auch bei viel Schnee mit Winterreifen gut befahrbar.. Und als mein Karren bei -20 Grad das Anspringen verweigerte, half man an der Rezeption mit guten und kostensparenden Ratschlägen weiter, auf deutsch! Obwohl das Hotel über eine Historie verfügt, sind die Zimmer und alle Einrichtungen modern, blitzblank sauber und gepflegt. Es handelt sich also nicht um einen dieser überkandidelten Jodelbauten, wie man sie in den Talorten findet. Und die alte Moto Guzzi von Tita Piaz im Eingangsbereich ist auch kein alltäglicher Blickfang. Nochmals vielen Dank und alles Gute!
