From arrival to checkout, the staff at this property were professional and friendly. The property is clean, located in a great location and great value for money. We had a twin room, it was very spacious and comfortable. Would 100% stay again and recommend this hotel.

Sadly the standard room we were in wasn’t amazing. Hard bed, very dark room with little natural light, awful tv (kept dropping out) and design with bathroom meant you could hear the good bad and ugly. Also room was dusty and there was a crusty fork outside our front door the whole time… Still had a good time as love the location with all the nearby restaurants! Plus a late checkout was nice :)

My family of 4 stayed apartment no. 1 on the ground floor. We could hear the sliding gate to the carpark every time it opened and closed. If you're sensitive to noise, then you may want to request an apartment on the higher floor. No lift to any apartments...only stair access.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and is walking distance to parliament house - one of the key destinations to visit for this trip. I also liked the helpful staff, especially Moses, who handled an issue with a faulty safe and another with the TV remote in an exemplary manner.
