Fantastic place to stay. Provided with a temporary members card for the club for discounts on meals and drinks. Formal and informal dining options were great. Beds comfortable, pillows good, linen a bit rough and scratchy. Included breakfast great, could do with an option other than eggs or toast though. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast option being mentioned is very very misleading. Chose this accommodation because of breakfast inclusion which in the end turned out to be just corn flakes and pack of milk and up & go. There was absolutely no indication whatsoever that this was the case. One plus was free parking.

Perfect location

I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and breakfast was to be included. Checking in I was handed 2 small plastic boxes, each containing a small “breakfast” for one person. Not what was expected from what was advertised. To make matters worse I pointed out that I had booked and paid for 4 adults so if that was breakfast I should have 4 boxes. I was told it was only 1 for each room so I could only have 2. I sent a complaint to the hotel and received a call with an apology. I was told my complaint would be passed on to a manager, they wanted to make this right and would come back to me. 5 days later and I have heard nothing. Not impressed.

got free breakfast at the cafe which was pretty sweet. area is good. room was a bit smelly/musty on entry. had a good balcony area with some greenery. was a bit noisy at times due to other guests. parking right next to the room was very convenient. some vagrant looking individuals as the place has a pokies section. cafe food was average at best but it was free. shower door is too low if you are over 6 ft, hit my head multiple times. feels more like a 3 to 3.5 star rather than 4 star. might consider again due to easy room parking.

Great hotel, excellent stay!
Quick check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, small balcony, screen door to the balcony, which allowed us to enjoy fresh air. All the amenities we needed. Good location. Everything great. Except for the kids' pillows they provide regular adult pillows, which are rather firm and high (common thing), but we used the towels instead.
