BEDROOM:
The two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom offers a double-sized bed, all adorned with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. Each room includes ample wardrobe space for your luggage, along with bedside tables for added convenience.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- toaster
- electric kettle
- coffee machine (No pods supplied)
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Samsung smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The carport accommodates parking for one car, and there is also free street parking available

Check-in information will be sent two days before your check-in date, and any codes will be sent four hours prior to your arrival to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please be careful not to lose the keys, as a replacement fee will apply. Losing the keys or leaving them inside the apartment will result in a minimum charge of $355.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We need to collect $50 for every hour, or increment thereof, of delayed check out.

2. STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy" (inside and outside). Fine: $400 plus additional fees for specialized cleaning.

3. Extra cleaning fee if the property is excessively messy: minimum $50.

4. Adhere to cancellation policies as stated on the Airbnb listing.

5. Only reserved guests may stay. For business/government agency bookings, contact us in advance.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of guests. Non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. No loud noise after 10:00 pm. Penalty: $2000.

7. Basic pantry items are provided; guests need to purchase additional food items.

8. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified. This applies to bookings on VRBO and Canbnb websites
