This townhouse has four bedrooms and three bathrooms provides privacy and space as well as generous communal living for when the family come together. Sweeping skylight filling all three levels with natural light. There are two side-by-side car spaces in the garage

The modern kitchen greets you when you enter through the front door. The kitchen is stocked with all your culinary needs. There is a stone bench-tops, dishwasher, gas burner cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster and full sized fridge/freezer for your convenience.

The dining room table accommodates 8. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Lounge has a 65 inches smart TV and large sofa for your family.

Vacuum cleaner, mop, iron are stored inside the storage.


Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 in the ground floor - has a queen-sized bed, two bedside tables, work-in robe and a full sized bathroom equipped with heated lights.

3 bedrooms on the second floor.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. Room door corners were covered in thick layers of dust. All tables, kitchen benches, coffee tables were dirty when we arrived. When I wiped it with bacterial wipe, the wipe turned grey. There was not enough toilet paper and no spare rolls for 8 people for 5 nights stay. We had to go buy our own. No tissue anywhere. Some of the bathroom towels still had a new tag on it, which means they haven't even washed it for us to use! Property was supposed to house 8 people. There were enough rooms and beds, however not enough hot water! Water tank was only big enough to supply hot water for approx. 3 people for "warm" quick showers., which meant after a full day of going out, not everyone can take a shower and rest. Had to wait 30-50 mins after every 3rd person to have a shower. They have 3 bathrooms, but what's the point? No check in details until we emailed the day we were supposed to check in. No wifi details either. Had to message her for them.
