La maison de Jean est idéalement située dans un quartier calme avec un chemin à l’arrière pour de jolies balades. Plusieurs plages de Port-mer sont ainsi accessibles à pied.Le jardin, entièrement clos, est parfait pour un séjour avec un chien.La maison est spacieuse et agréable et a permis à nos 4 nièces qui sont venues nous rendre visite de séjourner avec nous quelques jours. Chacun a pu trouver sa place et se sentir à l’aise.Jean et son épouse se sont montrés arrangeants et la communication a été fluide.Excellent séjour !

Une tres belle semaine. Grande maison, bien sitiee, au calme, ideale en famille avec enfants et/ou amis. De belles pieces spatieuses. Des renovations effectuées : planchers a la place des moquettes... c'etait bien agréable. Proprietaire sympas et reactifs. Bel accueil. Nous reviendrons probablement.

Maison à renover

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la situation de la maison (accès direct aux sentiers côtiers et plages),la véranda, le petit jardin clôturé et sans vis à vis, et les nombreuses activités dans les environs. Nous avons également été très bien accueilli par la voisine du propriétaire. En revanche, nous avons été déçus et surpris par la grande vétusté de la maison et ses équipements, et le manque de propreté général (vaisselle, robinetterie, douche, literie, canapés, moquette des chambres, appareils électroménagers, poussière collée à différents endroits, toiles de poussière, papier peint décollé un peu partout (et parfois pendant), portes de placard coulissantes qui tombent quand on les ouvre, mobilier "déglingué", porte-serviettes rouillé, carreaux sales... etc). Nous avions lu dans les commentaires que "la maison était dans son jus" mais ne pensions pas à ce point. Le niveau de prestation n'est pas en corrélation avec le prix demandé, et cela est vraiment dommage car cette maison a un fort potentiel et pourrait devenir une petite pépite avec quelques investissements.

La maison est bien situé niveau plage. Mais pour y acceder il faut marcher un peu et descendre tout un sentier.mais la plage est superbe. Pour aller faire les courses ou restaurant ect il faut prendre un véhicule. La maison a tout ce qu il faut en équipement. Pour la propriété le barbecu n etait pas nettoyer (pas servi )le mobilier extérieur n etait pas nettoyer non plus. Pensez bien a prendre vos draps! La dame qui nous a accueilli est tres gentille, serviable et disponible.

Gîte agréable, dans un lotissement très calme, bien placé entre deux très jolies plages accessibles à 5/10minutes à pied, prévoir la voiture pour aller dans le centre ville de Cancale. Literies correct, beaucoup de jouets pour jeunes enfants. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Bretagne. Das Haus iiegt sehr schön in der Nähe von Steilküste und Strand. Mit Hund ideal für Auslauf und Ausflüge. Das Haus bräuchte mal eine Grundrenovierung und in der Küche eine neue Ausstattung. Es bietet aber viel Platz, einen schönen Wintergarten und abgeschlossenen Garten, ideal mit Hund.

Schönes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Umgebung

So toll gelegen das Haus: fußläufig zu schönem Badestrand, zum Wanderweg an der Küste entlang und nah genug zum Ort Cancale. Schöner Wintergarten am Haus, so dass wir praktisch immer draußen sitzen konnten.
