Apartment 'Maison Mer' with Sea View, Shared Terrace and Private Garden

The former presbytery is located right in front of the "Notre Dame du Verger" chapel, above "Plage du Verger". The beautiful sandy beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away.



The property consists of two halves: "Maison Mer" and "Maison Chapelle du Verger". Maison Mer was renovated in 2023 and offers 3 bedrooms (the 3rd bedroom is not closed off by a door). There is a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. On the first floor, you'll find an open kitchen with a lounge area and a large fireplace, as well as another living room and a dining area. Enjoy impressive views of Plage du Verger and the small lake. Maison Mer has Wi-Fi, also available on the terrace.
