As soon as you step through the front door, the house Fleur de Marie immerses you in a true “holiday atmosphere.” On the ground floor, enjoy a beautiful 50 m² living area that has retained all the charm of the old with its exposed beams. Here you will find a dining area to share convivial moments and a lounge corner to relax and enjoy the fireplace in winter (wood not provided). The kitchen is open and fully equipped to prepare delicious meals for the whole family!

Upstairs are four bedrooms, all with storage, accommodating up to 8 people. The first two bedrooms, located just at the top of the stairs, each offer a queen-size bed (160x200) and a desk area. Please note that the ceiling height in this first sleeping area is 1.90 meters from floor to beams. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds (90x190) that can be arranged as a double bed on request. In this second sleeping area, the ceiling height is standard (2.40 meters). Upstairs, nestled between the two sleeping areas, is a leisure space with a bench and a television, an ideal play corner for children. The house offers three bathrooms. One, small, on the ground floor with shower and integrated WC. The other two bathrooms are upstairs. The first, located in the first sleeping area, has a bathtub. The second, located in the other sleeping area, has a shower with toilet. Another separate WC is also located upstairs.

Fleur de Marie enjoys a beautiful, private outdoor space of around 500 m², south-facing. The pretty garden is planted with trees, fully fenced, and sheltered from view. Garden furniture and sun loungers await you.

Please note:

• Bed linen is optional : the linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person (20€/pers).
• The house is semi-detached on one side, but without overlooking, with a very private garden.
• The first part of the upper floor, where the two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) are located, has a low ceiling: 1.90 meters from floor to beams maximum.
• The fireplace is functional (wood not provided) and can only be used from November 1st to March 30th. After use, ashes must be emptied. It is strictly forbidden to grill in the fireplace.
