The Escale des Douets Fleuris is a newly built house in 2021, situated in a tranquil location, offering all the comforts for a delightful family or friends vacation. Nestled in a housing estate, the Escale des Douets Fleuris is ideally positioned to enjoy the nearby beaches (several sandy beaches are less than 3 kilometers away) or explore Cancale and its surroundings. Within walking distance, you'll find various shops such as bakeries, butchers, and supermarkets.Vacation Home in CancaleThe house features a lovely dining area with a modern and functional open-plan kitchen. This space is bathed in light thanks to a large bay window that provides direct access to the outside and the wooden terrace. Adjacent to this dining area, you'll find the separate lounge area equipped with a comfortable sofa and armchair. It's an ideal spot to relax and watch television in peace.

The Escale des Douets Fleuris has 3 bedrooms, all located upstairs: the first bedroom offers a double bed 160x200. A chest of drawers and a clothes rack are at your disposal for storing your clothes. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 90x190 and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom features a double bed 140x190 and offers a large closet. The house has 2 bathrooms: one on the ground floor adjacent to the lounge area with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. The other bathroom is upstairs with a bathtub and also a vanity unit. There are 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs.

Garden of My House in BrittanyThe Escale des Douets Fleuris is set on a plot of approximately 200 m². You can enjoy a large south-facing wooden terrace. On sunny days, a garden furniture set will be set up, allowing you to enjoy your meals and do some grilling. On the north side, there is a small fully fenced lawn area where small children can play safely. In front of the garage, you can park 2 cars. The garage will be accessible to you for storing bicycles.
