Ideally located close to the shops and just 300 m from the sea, you'll find a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room. The accommodation
Located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, the flat is as follows:

- Bright living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Separate bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Shower room with WC.

- The sea, with a sublime view of the bay of Mont Saint Michel, is 300 metres from the flat.
- Port Mer beach is 2 kilometres away.
- Olivier Roellinger's beautiful shops are just a few metres away.
- Local shops: pharmacy, supermarket open until 9pm.
- The restaurants de la houle, facing the bay of Mont Saint Michel, are a 10-minute walk away.
- There is a market every Sunday morning just a few steps from the flat, as well as a savoury market on Thursday afternoons and evenings in July and August.

- Museum and cinema 50 metres away, in the old church of Cancale.
- GR 34 hiking trail 300 metres away.
- Sailing school, go-karting, sand yachting 3 kilometres away.
