This Breton stone apartment, located directly on the port of Cancale, features exposed beams, a fireplace (not usable), and a sea view from the living room, combining old-world charm with modern comfort. A service staircase on the ground floor leads to the ground floor. You will enjoy a charming, bright 40m² living room, both comfortable and spacious, including a lounge area, a dining area, a reading nook, and an office space. The kitchen 20 m² is fully equipped:

    * Coffee maker
