Someone revised this as dated, I think vintage is better! It's not the latest swish hotel but is cared for, quiet and comfortable. Staff are excellent, pool is lovely, food is freshly prepared and reasonably priced for the area. It's on outskirts of the zona hotela and adults only so much quieter and more chilled than much of the other places nearby.Easy to walk (20 mins) to the party zone, or short cab/uber ride. Highly recommended!

We liked everything about this place, the restaurant staff very friendly. Food excellent. Ramiro, the person who served us at the restaurant gave us some suggestions from the menu, it was delicious. The only disappointment was that we didn’t stayed longer

We had read the reviews, all positive. How wonderful when our experience of a property surpasses the glowing comments. Greeted by the owner, escorted to our room by a staff member, how delightful to have a balcony overlooking the pool, lagoon and lush flowered greenery with Cancun light and open, everything elegant and spacious. Such a good price for such quality and quiet ambiance. As we sat by the gigantic pool, we were sad that our stay would be so short. The dinner, outdoors, delicious and romantic, sitting by the small yachts. Thank you Jorge, Dulce and all!

We had a fantastic stay at Suites Sina. The room was very spacious clean, and quiet, and the on-site bar/restaurant was great. The pool was very clean and everyone was very friendly. We wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Abril S. Nava. Ramos who went out of her way to assist us, from helping us navigate the area to even booking us a cheaper Uber to the airport. If we're back in Cancun we will absolutely stay here again, thanks for your hospitality!

Lovely suites in a quiet location so a good sleep is guaranteed. Beds and ben linen were top notch. Nice pool overlooking the lagoon A bit out of the way and about a mile or so from the noisy strip with all the clubs and bars but walkable. A little arcade with local restauants and shops just 5mins away too. Would recommend.

This place is a little off the main drag which is wonderful because it’s quiet and not filled with drunken hoards. The price point is very reasonable and the room quality is a bit average, but overall it scores most points as compared to costs around it. I’d stay here again without hesitation

I took pics but won't let me post. Better than expected. The suite was great bc the bedrooms had a door to shut them and the bathroom area off from living room. The only thing was this bathroom did not have hot water and I told them several times and it wasn't fixed. We did have another full bath, it was just small. Down a dead end street, so was quiet. Had to walk 5 min. to trolly bus, but we also walked to Starbucks or grocery store for exercise. Property was pretty. Pool was nice! Service was great. They need to advertise more about the food. We didn't realize they service breakfast at the area next to pool. On the water which I think they all have views facing the water. Sewer smelled sometimes, but I don't think they have the best in Mexico anyway. Tried supporting a ma and pa little store few doors down, but they tripled the price when we asked how much for tequila.

Situated at the north end of the hotel zone, tucked away in a semi-residential area, it was quiet and also convenient to the party zone with maybe a mile walk. Cabs, Uber and bus are plentiful. The hotel let us check in at noon without any issues. The management and staff were super friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for a couple 1. The pool is shallow but very relaxing, many lounge chairs around. You are not allowed to bring food or drinks to the pool. The smoking area behind the bar area had a relaxing view of the lake and we hung out there for hours.

This was a living room/ kitchenette/ two double beds suite. It was sparse, but clean, convenient, and quiet. It is in a isolated part of the city, but close enough to walk up to the action. There is a great restaurant on site, a neighborhood market, and a taxi stand all on the block. We had a great 3-day stay and would go back again.

A good choice for a budget hotel.
Average value for money in a strip of over expensive hotels, hotel is lagoon side rather than beach side, pool is good and clean, room has TV but no English channels, aircon was very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is poor, 2 slices of toast, and a few slithers of fruit with a mug of coffee. R1 and R2 buses run from the nearest bus stop at the end of the road either into downtown or down towards the hotel strip or you can walk to the nightlife area of the hotel zone in around 20 minutes.

Overall I like my stay here. But I was not completely satisfied. This hotel is one of the more expensive ones on that street but it seems like it doesn't offer anything extra. It's almost double the cost of the hotels next door. I didn't try out the other hotels so I can't really compare it. That being said, the hotel room was squeaky clean and didn't smell at all. This was a huge plus for me. The a/c works nice and quiet. Also the people there are very nice. The negatives was the the entrance door had big gap on top which wasn't a problem until the last day because I had like 30 mosquitoes that flew in to my room. (maybe it was only my door that was like that) The pool is only 3 feet deep. The restaurant is on the pricey side however the food is amazing.

Sina Suites is a hidden gem in Cancun. My family has stayed there five times and this hotel never disappoints. The staff is friendly and helpful, the on-site restaurant serves delicious food that you can enjoy while looking at the view over the lagoon. Sunset is beautiful. They have a very nice pool area, beds and pillows are comfortable, showers and bathrooms are nice. It's a tranquil, up-scale feel at a reasonable rate. If you want the overwhelming all-inclusive resort beach club, this isn't the place. But if you want peace, relaxation, safety, and convenience, give Sina Suites a try. You'll be back!

The location is excellent. You can go to the bar area or to downtown 20 minutes in either direction. Also, it’s a quiet place and you can eat overlooking the lake which is quite nice. Finally it’s a 10 minute walk to catch the bus

From the minute we walked in early and met Jesus and Jorge we knew we were in a well cared for resort. Our room was ready and we were able to check in early. The apartment was spacious and clean. The view over pool and lagoon was amazing. It was so relaxing with a great pool side bar for food and drinks.
