"El lugar por fuera da una buena impresion. La recepcion es aceptable, te preguntan si quieres area de no fumador. En efecto preferimos no fumador. Pero al ingresar a las habitaciones, fue terrible, mal olor, humedad, camas en mal estado, sabanas quemadas con cigarrillo. El olor muy penetrado a cigarrillo. No fue solamente una habitacion que contratamos, fueron tres y las tres en las mismas condiciones. En la toalla de balo me salto un vicho. Cucarachin No tuve pudor de tomar fotos"

"The room was clean. The toilet paper holder was broken. The toilet was broken. It would not flush right and the seat was very loose. The sheets on the bed were thin enough that I put my thumb through the sheet several times during the night while I was trying to sleep. And there were holes in the bottom sheet as well. Everything else seem to be fine."

"Musty, dusty and rusty! They have put in an effort to update but they have painted over wall damage and cracks you can still see. The room was dirty with dust, dead insects and even mouse poop. There is a gap at the bottom of the door to let in all the critters so you won't be lonely! Upon entering the room it was a mixture of musty and stale cigarette smoke despite chosing a non-smoking room. Pipes in the bathroom were rusty. The top of the fridge, side tables etc had rings from those that were there before us. The mattress was horrible. You lay on it and go numb. Then you rotate and it will wake you up when you go numb on that side. If you are brave, they have a microwave, coffee maker and fridge which we were not that willing to use. We skipped the breakfast after we woke up with stuffed up noses, itchy eyes and headaches. On a scale of 1 to 10 this would be a 3.2 at best and that is being very generous. Save your money and just sleep in your car."

"No hot water for shower. Sink was fine. Couldn't take a shower. Was on 2nd floor someone above had kids and all they did was run around half the night. Hotel location next to closed mall felt very unsafe will not ever stay at this place again."

The furniture was arranged neatly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring guests felt welcome. The lighting was bright yet soft, enhancing the overall ambiance. However, the state of the floor detracted slightly from the otherwise pleasant experience, highlighting the need for better housekeeping."
