With 140 m², it features a warm living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sunny private terrace perfect for relaxing or sharing special moments. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for remote work.



Located in a quiet residential area just a 5-minute walk from the beach, the apartment blends the essence of a coastal village with all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. The train station is a few minutes away, offering direct connections to Barcelona and the Costa Brava. Municipal parking is 2 minutes away on foot.



Amenities include air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, spacious terrace, and accommodation for up to 6 guests—ideal for families. Pets are not allowed.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an additional fee, payable on arrival. Check-in is not possible after 23:00. Guests under 25 cannot check in. Parties and unregistered visitors are not allowed.



As the apartment is in a residential neighborhood, local regulations prohibit noise and loud music after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and after 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.
