Xaro Beach Apartment is a bright and comfortable first-floor apartment, fully equipped for you and your family to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Just two minutes’ walk from the beach, it’s the perfect spot to relax by the sea.



The apartment accommodates up to five guests and features a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and air conditioning in this area. There are three bedrooms (no air conditioning), a full bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet.



Located in the heart of the village, you’ll have easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Barcelona is also within easy reach by public transport, with the train station just two minutes away on foot.



Canet de Mar is a peaceful, family-friendly, and safe modernist town on the Barcelona coast, offering supermarkets, shops, and restaurants with excellent cuisine. The apartment is on a quiet street next to the beach and the long seafront promenade, ideal for seaside walks or sports. Several hiking trails start from the village towards El Montnegre and Corredor. Its location allows you to explore both Barcelona and the Costa Brava.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee, payable on arrival. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 cannot check in. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. Municipal rules prohibit noise and loud music after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and after 21:00 on other days.
