Beautiful air-conditioned T3 apartment, classified 3***, 51m2 (42m2 +9 m2 terrace) located on the 1st line on the seafront and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located in Canet Sud, Résidence les Terrasses du Levant on the 3rd floor with elevators and caretaker. You will have direct access to the beach through the residence's garden without a road to cross. A double private parking space secured by a barrier with remote control is included in the price. WIFI included.
-The living room overlooks the sea with 81 cm HD TV and new sofa bed with Bultex 140 mattress
-Open kitchen equipped with real oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
- Bedroom with new 160 bed with wardrobe and cupboards.
- Bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 and a chest of drawers
- Bathroom with walk-in shower renovated
- separate WC
-Adjoining cellar allowing storage of all beach belongings or children's bikes.
- Double private parking numbered and secured by remote control in the neighboring residence (adjacent to our residence) WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE BEFORE MARCH 31, 2025
