6EDGRA20 – Canet Plage, located a 5-minute walk from the beach, air-conditioned family house with two bedrooms and a converted upper floor, fully furnished and equipped for 6 guests. Wi-Fi included.
Tastefully renovated 80 m² Canet-style villa accommodating up to two families, located 350 m from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the market and town-centre shops.
Fully air-conditioned, the ground floor features two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed and storage closets, an open-plan living and dining area with an American-style kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a spacious attic-style area has been converted into a playroom and dormitory accommodating up to four children, also air-conditioned.
Highlights: quiet and well-located neighborhood, two parking spaces (garage and enclosed courtyard), outdoor space on three sides with two dining areas facing south and north, reversible air conditioning.
Equipment: washing machine, dryer, plancha grill, two outdoor tables, American-style fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, and more.
A security deposit will be required via an online link sent to you 10 days before arrival.
