    Set within a secure residence with a caretaker and bicycle storage, you’ll enjoy both comfort and peace of mind in an unbeatable location.

    The beach is directly across the road, with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. The lively Place Méditerranée is just 1 km away along the seafront promenade.

    The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. It features a south-east facing loggia with beautiful sea views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

    The living area includes a convertible sofa bed and a television. The fully renovated kitchen (2019) is equipped with 4 vitroceramic hobs, a combined microwave oven, refrigerator, and washing machine.

    Sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, plus a hallway with two bunk beds.

    The modern shower room was also renovated in 2019, with separate toilet facilities.

    Private underground parking is included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Linen rental and baby equipment are available on request.
