Facing south and protected by an awning, the apartment is in the center of Canet-Plage, 10 km east of Perpignan and 45 km from Spain, on the sandy Mediterranean coast.

Canet-Plage is a lively year-round resort, famous for its 4 km long, wide, gently sloping sandy beach—ideal for all water activities. A secure, guarded underground car park is 20 meters away (highly recommended in summer). A parking space is available for an extra fee. Check-in is not possible after 8 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
