"I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "

"Property and location good, staff were polite and friendly, a couple of things I think could be improved on lighting in the room very poor only one small ceiling light with one switch by the door and the bed, maybe we we’re unlucky but our bed was rock hard and creaked like an old car whenever you moved."

"In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. Breakfast was decent, positive thing is the tea time service from 4to 6pm for free that was very nice to have. The staff was not the happiest guys in the world, sometimes I...

"O hotel é bem simples e sem muito conforto. Os quartos são antigos, com móveis desgastados. A TV não estava funcionando durante a minha estadia, e a cama tinha uma mola quebrada, o que deixou a noite um pouco desconfortável. Tive que dormir quase no meio da cama para não correr o risco de cair. Pode ser uma opção para quem busca apenas um lugar para passar a noite, sem muitas expectativas."
