Our home is your home. This is our family place to visit and we look forward to sharing this beautiful piece of the Cariboo with you.

Currently we do not have wifi. The reception is 20 minutes down the road.

The space
Our home sits on one acre/partially treed and partially clear , but still close to neighbours while maintaining privacy. There is room on the property for an RV but it must be self contained self powered as there is no hookups or Sani dump available on site or in the area. The nearest sani dump is in 100 mile. The long driveway has room for your quad and snowmobile trailers.
Guest access
There is local access to the lake for boating & fishing & canoeing & kayaking and paddle boarding.

We have never had any issues swimming in Hawkins Lake or boating keeping within the 10hp restrictions. However it is a smaller lake which can be marshy at times.
Other things to note
WILDLIFE!

We have deer who commonly walk through the property in the morning sometimes! You may see them through the big window they are stunning.

BEAR. We have had the community notice bears in the area, but it is not common. We just ask you to please not leave garbage outside due to wildlife here and be cautious if you are hiking or exploring the surrounding areas.
