Cañizal Hotels

"We loved this hotel. The staff was amazingly nice and cordial. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance. Close to many attractions and the convenience of the restaurant was top tier."

"Exellent place to experience a medieval castle!"

"Great motorsport themed hotel in a slightly quirky setting but for a one night stay with the dogs we loved it. Nice breakfast in the morning with very friendly staff."

"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. There was no staff at the Hotel that I could call and I was too worried about leaving my room. So no help during the...

"Clean room, helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and secure park, what else?"

"Room was clean. Shower water goes hot/cold in internals. Hai dryer was too weak and low power - I had to let my hair air dry;"

"great place to stay near salamanca"

"Clean, convenient and safe."

"All staff were extremely friendly and helpfull"

"Really well located for the city centre attractions and also if you're staying with your pet dog as the main park is over the road from the hotel and it has a specific dog area. The rooms are clean, but the air-conditioning was very inefficient! Plenty of choice at the continental breakfast."

"Excellent stay as usual. We always enjoy pit stop over here."

"Room was spacious, clean "

"The hotel is very basic, you check yourself in and the reception runs at certain hours of the day. The appartment block is currently getting renovated which we weren't told about so the entrance is dark and full of cement and stuff, hotel itself is unaffected but loud works started at 8am. Bed is quite small and uncomfortable, it's ideal for a short stay. Hotel is clean, bathroom was good."

"Great location and comfortable place right on the main street in the old-town area. Minuses are that there is NOT free parking available on-site, and the cleaning fee is rather excessive for a short booking."

"Good overall, I will stay there again."

"It was an easy check in and staff was very helpfu."

"Great value hotel in a great location. Very helpful staff (told us where we could park on the road for free). Cafe/ bar part of the hotel convenient for a beer and tapas."

"Habitación con el suelo sucio. La almohada súper incómoda y encima olía a tabaco"

"A convenient option in terms of location, with friendly and helpful staff. The property was quite clean and well maintained."

"The location is excellent and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay again."
