"Nice place clean and roomy"

"We stayed 9 days/nights at this hotel. Our room was nice and was very clean. The hotel, as a whole, was very nice. We were there during a hot spell and our room was almost unbearable, but that was mother nature! We did have fans that helped to cool the room down. We only had a couple of concerns. Vittorio, the owner, was almost rude to us at times. We tried our hardest to warm him up to us, but he remained cool to us. His wife, however, was always warm and provided us with terrific...

Great location with beautiful church across street (bells quiet from 8-8), garden half block down, large grocery store 7 minute walk, gelato and pastry shops and hot plates next door. "Very beautiful and quiet place BUT the address on the hotels.com app is completely wrong!!!! If you are seeking a relaxing place in the middle of the mountains, this is a good place. However it is very difficult to reach. Search for "Ristorante Val Colla B&B" and you will find the correct location. It is in Bogno, not Gandria. "

"Paolo was an amazing host. The B&B is in a fantastic location right off the main road. There are 4 rooms total, each one is decorated with unique antiques and artwork that Paolo has collected. Paolo gave us great recommendations for what to see in town. During breakfast we had a wonderful meal, and spent over an hour talking with Paolo about many interesting topics, from travel to politics. He is an architect and has done the renovation to this house himself, and is working on several other...
