Our very limited contact with members of staff were very polite and, thankfully for us, their English was excellent and way better than our French."

"This hotel is in a great location. Parking is nearby for 40€ for three days. Or 25€ per day. We found it to be quiet. The staff were not the friendliest bunch but they did their job. Seemed clean enough. It’s fine for a night or two. Not really special or stand out in anyway. If you’ve seen pictures that looks like the room is in a basement it’s because the windows are very small and look at a brick wall. "My wife and I recently spent 2 nights at the Casa Dina in one of their beautiful fully equipped studios. Due to last minute travel changes (we were touring Provence by car) we arrived early. We were met by our host Eric who was very welcoming and explained this wasn’t an issue for him due to the previous guests leaving early that morning. Eric continued to show us our accommodation and amenities. We were immediately impressed by the high quality, condition and cleanliness of everything...

"On our visit to the south of France we decided to stop in Nîmes overnight to see the temples and Roman Coliseum. We chose Hotel de l’Ampitheatre for its proximity to the train station and the sights, and high ratings. We were not disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and charming, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It felt like a lovely little Inn. If we travel to Nîmes again, we will not hesitate to return to this hotel"
