"Cute little B&B which lets you forget you are in Cannes, but very close to the old city center.
The beds were really comfy and the room had a nice temperature due to the air conditioning unit.
The host was really friendly and caring.
Villa du roc fleuri is really run by heart!
Thank you for our nice stay even it was only for one night! "

"Wonderful weekend stay at this property. Service was exceptional, staff go the extra mile with great attention to detail, good location with lots to see in the area. Rooms are very clean however decor is a bit tired and needs an update. "

"It is an amazing and very cute hotel with a very friendly and kind host! We had a room for 3 people and it was the best for our stay - clean and cozy room, spacious bathroom. Would definitely recommend the place and stay here again!"

"Really well located hotel, close to the beach and central Cannes - everywhere is walkable. Great room, lovely staff. Best bedding and the cleaning team kept our room spotless. Some road noise, but you’re effectively in central Cannes so only to be expected. Would stay again."

"Iconic hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our room on the sixth floor although the bathroom was too small and the closet was tiny Service throughout the hotel was excellent although housekeeping was inconsistent. They routinely forget to replace coffee cups, teabags, etc. Not what you'd expect for over $1,100 a night. Overall though the Martinez is highly recommended."
