Recently renovated and fully air-conditioned, it offers a modern and comfortable setting, enhanced by a pleasant south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the Cannes sunshine.



Upon entering, you access a spacious kitchen, a pleasant living-dining room, and a terrace. The apartment has a first double bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, and separate toilets. A second bedroom, adaptable to your needs, offers two single beds or a 180 cm double bed and also benefits from ample storage space.
