Located just steps away from the Palais des Festivals and beaches, the Charlotte apartment enjoys a royal location in the heart of Cannes. Forget the car! Everything is done on foot, from the Croisette to the train station located just five minutes away. Nestled on the second floor of a beautiful bourgeois building without an elevator, this unique living space shares its landing with its twin, the Barbara apartment.



Upon entering, you will discover a friendly living space combining kitchen, living room, and dining room.

The sleeping area consists of a first cozy bedroom and a second bedroom accessible through a charming glazed corridor with its private shower area. For added comfort, the accommodation also has a shower room with WC as well as a second independent WC. A sofa bed in the living room allows for accommodating two additional guests, bringing the initial capacity to six people. For larger groups, it is possible to rent the Barbara apartment right next door to have the entire landing and accommodate up to eight people.
