Beautiful Provencal Stone Villa with Large Pool and Pool House
- In a beautiful Provencal stone villa in the middle of a 2500m2 garden with many centuries-old olive trees, you will love the view of the mountain and the surrounding villages from the living room on the first floor ... You can relax in the large 14m long and 6m wide swimming pool, take your meals in the large fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower and WC), sunbathe on the deckchairs ... Or, if you prefer, read, play table tennis, watch TV, enjoy your bedroom or the large living room with American kitchen ... It is the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends (4 bedrooms with double bed)! The property and the swimming pool are completely private.
You can enjoy nearby the traditional perfumeries of Grasse, Molinard, Fragonard, Gallimard, and also all the attractions of the Côte d'Azur. The villa is very close to the beautiful Cante Perdrix housing estate and 1km from the shops in the Saint Jacques district.
Possibility of transfer from Grasse / Cannes train station or Nice Côte d'Azur airport on request.
