My Address in Cannes presents you this One bedroom apartment in the buzzing heart of Cannes just a few steps away from the famous Boulevard de la Croisette sea front.

On the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small building, the apartment is spacious, nicely renovated and well equipped.

Enter the apartment into the main living area with an open plan kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, a table and chairs for 4 people. The large windows let in plenty natural light giving a nice atmosphere.

The bedroom is very spacious with a double bed, there is a nice shower room in front of the bedroom with a walk in shower and a WC.

The apartment is just a few steps from the Croisette sea front and under a 10 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals. The apartment is fully air conditionned and has wifi.
