In luxury residence, quiet and shady with swimming pool, tennis, petanque place in the prestigious park of 3ha, closed parking. Possibility sleeping 2 to 4 people (1 bed doubles and 2 extra mattress). 500m beach. Surface 27m2 13sqm balcony.
The keys are available at the goalkeeper until Saturday noon, against a € 200 deposit which will be refunded on return of keys on departure.
A 7 minutes by bus from the city center and festival hall, bus every 10 minutes.

The location was amazing. A little up the hill but for the price 100% recommend. It wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked it to be since we found some bugs in the bathroom. There is no wifi and it is up the hill so you will have to walk! Aside from that price and location is great

Nous sommes arrivées dans un appartement insalubre . Menage non fait. Salle de bain crasseuse, wc non nettoyés. Literie vétuste. Annonce mensongère ( 1 chambre alors que c’est un studio) . Très belle résidence ceci étant. Communication avec abritel extrêmement compliquée. 2 jours à essayer de les joindre pour trouver une solution de relogement. Jamais le même interlocuteur, plateformes téléphoniques. Nous n’avons jamais été rappelées malgré de multiples promesses, avec photos à l’appui bien évidemment. Bref , abritel : première et dernière fois!

In der Unterkunft gibt es ein Schrankbett, welches mit Mühe für zwei Personen eine Schlafmöglichkeit bietet. Grundsätzlich bietet die Wohnung einen aus den 70iger Jahren stammenden Standard. Dies schließt auch die Steckdosen, sonstige Stromanschlüsse, Die Auststattung der Küche sowie die gesamte Badeinrichtung ein. Eine Reinigung hat die Wohnung in diesem Kalenderjahr sicherlich noch nicht erfahren. Um eine Benutzung des Bades zu ermöglichen, wurden mehrere Stunden zur Reinigung aufgebracht. Die Bettdecken und Kissen befanden sich auch in einem Zustand, welcher die Benutzbarkeit erst nach mehreren Stunden der Lüftung auf dem Balkon mit Mühe erlaubten. Die Werbung für den Pool ist irreführend! Dieser befindet sich zwar in dieser Anlage, jedoch ist er für die Bewohner der riesigen Anlagen und nicht für Besucher geeignet. Der Strand ist über einen Kilometer entfernt. Eigentlich ist die Wohnung unzumutbar und unbenutzbar. Lediglich die Möglichkeit über Kollegen in einer anderen Wohnung der Anlage eine funktionierende Infrastruktur nutzen zu können, ermöglichte den Aufenthalt. Von einer weitergehenden Vermarktung ist dringend abzuraten!

Vacances au top dans un cadre idyllique proche de la mer et des commerces

Notre temps s'est suspendu, balayant les tracas de la vie quotidienne, durant nos 2 semaines de vacances. Le studio est situé dans un magnifique domaine boisé où il y a piscine et terrain de tennis. Nous avons pu profiter également de la plage pas très loin à pied. Mes filles de 8 et 10 ans ont adoré également leur séjour. Les transports sont proches et nous ont permis d'aller facilement sur la Croisette, mais également à Monaco, à Marseille et à Grasse.Merci à notre charmante propriétaire soucieuse de notre bien-être et pour sa confiance.

Agréable dans résidence de grand standing

Appartement fonctionnel. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Piscine et parc sont très agréables et sécurisés. parking possible dans la résidence. Accès aux plages tranquilles de Cannes (les roches rouges) où pêche, baignade et exploration sous marine sont facilement réalisables. Le luxe : le pain chaud tous les matins grâce à la petite supérette à proximité (valable aussi pour les produits de première nécessité). Séjour agréable. Idéal pour couple et 1 enfant en bas âge.

Bon point de chute à Cannes !

Cette location est une très bonne affaire lorsque l'on veut profiter de Cannes et de ses environs pour un budget maîtrisé. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et de commerces de proximité, certes en hauteur mais ça n'est franchement pas rédhibitoire et surtout ça permet d'avoir un tarif que l'on aurait pas en plein centre pour des raisons évidentes ! L'appartement en lui-même est un studio simple mais équipé de tout ce qu'il faut, idéal pour deux personnes, voire pour un couple avec jeune enfant. Il est situé dans une propriété où on peut profiter (en pleine saison bien sûr !) de pas mal de prestations (piscine, tennis etc.) bien agréables... Nous conseillons donc ce studio sans hésiter pour toute personne qui veut passer un bon moment sur la Côte d'Azur et découvrir Cannes sans y laisser une fortune !

Studio agréable, ensoleillement de 12h à 19h (terrasse bien exposée) Le parc et la piscine sécurisés permettent, lorsque le temps est maussade, des promenades très calmes. Possibilité d'utiliser la petite supérette de la 'villa Francia - Pierre et vacances' (pain et produits de première nécessité). Nous sommes déçus de l'appartement , la vue donne sur un mur avec des escaliers donnant accés à la piscine et au parc, avec un passage incessant de personnes, l'intérieur est assez vielliot manque d'entretien (dommage ) , bruits le matin des véhicules, matériels motorisés pour l'entretien du jardin. La plage est à 350 métres certes avec une cote à grimper ( au retour ) difficile pour les enfants. Le domaine est magnifique , ainsi que la piscine ,dommage qu'il y ait un décalage entre l'appart et le domaine..

mes vacances dans ce studio

La résidence était très sympathique, très agréable. La piscine également. L'appartement été assez confortable mais la place est un peu restreinte et je conseille cette location plutôt pour deux personnes sauf si la troisième est un enfant en bas âge. Seul petit bémol cette région est très chaude et nous aurions apprécié la présence d'un ventilateur ou d'une climatisation. Les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas tout a fait à la réalité. Il n'y a qu'une seule grande pièce, le lit pour la troisième personne est une chauffeuse, la mer n'est pas distinguable de la propriété et la résidence se trouve dans une grande côte ce qui rend l'accés à la mer difficile à effectuer à pied avec de jeunes enfants. Malgré la différence entre l'annonce et l'appartement nous avons passé d'agréables vacances. cet endroit est agréable, reposant et trés beau.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, l'appartement en lui-même est très bien sauf les petits lits qui sont des matelas en mousse, un peu dommage, il faudrait pouvoir préciser que ce sont des matelas d'appoints. Sinon, l'appartement est dans un très joli parc avec belle piscine, parking appréciable et très au calme. Pas utile de prendre la voiture pour aller à la mer (10 mn à pied). Rapport qualité - prix BIEN.
