This sleek and chic 4 bedroom penthouse is set along Boulevard Jean Hibert. On the third and the last floor of a traditional Cannoise building, the apartment has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. Each room benefits from individually adjustable reversible air conditioning. Its modern minimalist interior design is dominated by the colours black & white. The living room with lounge and dining room is connected to an open-plan fully equipped kitchen. One of the many desirable amenities in the apartment is the Stiletto luxury bathtub, the most comfortable stiletto out there! The stylish jacuzzi is facing a window with stunning sea view. The last, but not least of the apartment facilities is the 100 sq. m rooftop terrace with sea view, summer kitchen and a guest toilet, perfect for cocktail parties.
