This beautiful and peaceful estate has a large shared swimming pool and a tennis court. You can park your car for free on the enclosed grounds. Enjoy your breakfast or aperitif on the spacious balcony with its magnificent view of the azure blue sea, where you can completely unwind. Ideal apartment for a wonderful holiday on the Côte d'Azur, but also a perfect place to stay during one of the many trade fairs, conferences and festivals.

The shared swimming pool is open from the last weekend of April until the end of October. The swimming pool is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and in July from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. There are a number of rules regarding the swimming pool, please read these carefully before entering the pool. Reservations are required to access the tennis court, which can be made with the concierge on site.
