Florella Croisette is a residence composed of 8 apartments of various types. Ideally located in the heart of Cannes, just steps from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, it offers easy access to the city’s most iconic landmarks: the Old Port, Le Suquet with its famous Marché Forville, the Carré d’Or, known for its restaurants and vibrant atmosphere, as well as the beaches.
The train station is only a few minutes’ walk away. Everything is within easy reach, making this residence an ideal choice for all types of stays, whether for leisure or business.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 7:00 PM, check-ins are subject to approval, except during congress periods and the summer season.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that a physical check-in after 7:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and the summer season.
For self check-in, a key box is available.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
