We take the opportunity to inform you that all rooms were renovated less that 5 year’s ago in order to be in line with the lobby area (similar color’s) along with an anti allergic carpet. Our air-conditioning is normally working fine but sure to have it working correctly, windows are to be kept closed and a card has to be in the electric box otherwise it cut’s off automatically after a few minutes (doing our best to be eco-friendly). We inform you that due to the Covid 19 we have currently taken away all drinks from the minibar in all rooms but if needed our guests can of course use the minibar for other purpose over their stay. We are sorry that the one in your room did not seem to be working correctly but most of all we are sorry that you feel that nobody cared about this. Upon request at the Front Desk we could have kept your medicine in the refrigerator on the ground level.
