Located in a peaceful residence, this three-room apartment offers generous outdoor space and a relaxing environment while remaining close to the city center.

The living room includes a sofa and TV and opens onto a large terrace facing south with expansive sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave.

Two bedrooms complete the layout, both air-conditioned. The first bedroom includes a double bed, dressing room and balcony access, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and balcony.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge

I think you should provide more toilet paper than 2 small rolls for 3 people and two micro size bars of soap isn’t proper. Less expensive hotels offer more.
