    The charming historic district of Le Suquet, the Forville Market, as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, and nightlife venues are all within walking distance, allowing you to explore Cannes with ease—no car required.
    Ideally located in the heart of Cannes, this apartment is the perfect choice for both business trips and holidays on the French Riviera.
    You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

    Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
    After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
    Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
    In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
