Two-bedroom apartment with terrace and access to a swimming pool, located in the sought-after Basse Californie district which is one of the most prestigious areas in Cannes, known for its peaceful atmosphere and lush surroundings.
This beautiful property meets all expectations thanks to its prime location and high-quality amenities. Just a few minutes’ walk from the city center and the Palais des Festivals, it offers the perfect setting for both family vacations and business trips.
Enjoy this upscale apartment, the ideal getaway in the heart of Cannes.

POOL ACCESS:
From May 15th/20th to September 30th/October 15th (depending on temperature): 8am – 8pm.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.
