Stephane is a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is near everything and the kitchen was very well stocked. This is not however a 2 bedroom apartment. It is a studio with a loft and two sofa beds in the main area.
Stéphane was such a wonderful host and took very good care of us. The apartment was incredibly well equipped with the best kitchen ever (a rare find with holiday rental homes) and a very modern and splendid bathroom (the heated towel rack was lovely). The outdoor terrace was also beautiful (it’s magically serene despite being surrounded by bustling streets). Stéphane also left a welcome gift to start off our holiday and gave the absolute best recommendations of things to do and see in the area, as well as where to get the best food (there’s no way I could have found some of the places he recommended by looking online).
I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend this wonderful home and host for anyone who is looking to experience a truly enjoyable time in Cannes. The experience was truly unforgettable!
Stéphane is very kind and gave us a good recommendation for the best butcher on the market. The appartement is very beautiful and clean and the outside area is super to eat breakfast or barbecue or to relax on the lounge. The kitchen has everything you could ask for with a toaster, coffee machine, oven, stove, and of course the highlight, the grill outside. It's less than 10 minutes away from the center of Cannes and the train station is even closer, which allows visits to Monaco, Nice and other cities by train. We recommend this appartement for all, who want to visit Cannes and the areas nearby. SUPER COOL APPARTEMENT AND VERY KIND OWNER!

Not as good as the photos and Dishonest Host
The property is pretty nice but not as nice as the photos. The floor was swept but not clean. If you walked around barefoot you would see the dirt on your feet. The ceiling in the loft is around 5 feet high which means you cannot stand up without hitting your head. They have closet space in the loft but again it is difficult to get dressed there due to the height. We had a problem with the safe where it locked without me entering a passcode. There were no instructions in English and this safe did not have a master key or master code to reopen it. The owner offered to split the cost of a locksmith to open the safe for 250 euros. I paid the locksmith cash as he instructed but he then said he would not offer to cover his part of our arrangement. This was quite frustrating and dishonest. I would look for another place in Cannes especially if you are more then two people.

L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Cannes et ses alentours, avec la plage et le centre ville a seulement quelques minutes à pied !
