Luxury loft 40 m2 Cannes / 4 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals

Loft of 40 m2 air-conditioned completely renovated in 2017. Bourgeois building ideally located at 9 Boulevard Carnot in Cannes. Apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator. You are 4 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals and the beach. Numerous shops directly at the foot of the building.
The apartment is equipped with numerous tidying up. You will find a large 160 cm high bed in the main room, as well as 2 high-end 90 cm beds in the mezzanine, accessible by a ladder. Access to the mezzanine is ideal for children from 6 to 15 years old.
All the furniture and equipments of this apartment are new. The materials used are of very high quality. You will find designer furniture such as Le Corbusier or Mc Andrews.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, a hob and a cooker hood. But also a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, a toaster etc ... You will find in the cupboards and drawers all the crockery and cutlery needed for 4 people.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a WC. There is all the linen required for your stay.
At your arrival, we offer a complimentary bottle of mineral water, 1 bottle of soda water and soft drinks. We also offer Nespresso coffee capsules and tea bags.

Beautiful/modern/clean apartment in a great location!

I loved staying in Pascal and Freddie's apartment. They were lovely and gracious hosts and the apartment itself was absolutely perfect -- modern, clean, and close to everything. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!
