Fully equipped studio of 29m-2 + private courtyard not overlooked of 10m-2 (the shutters in the photos are decoration !), completely renovated in March 2025, bright, air-conditioned, located in one of the prettiest shopping and pedestrian streets in the center of Cannes, very quiet, WIFI (high-speed internet, fiber optic), secure covered public parking 5 minutes away. 4 people maximum. Secure entrance door, double bed, bed linen provided (duvet with cover, pillows, pillowcases, etc.), bed made on arrival, double-glazed window, completely blackout curtains, possibility of isolating the sleeping area by unfolding the Japanese panels. Living room/dining room with table for 2 or 4 people, comfortable chairs, flat screen TV with more than 120 French and foreign channels (BBC World, Sky News, CNN, CNBC, RAI Uno, etc.), Italian Rapido sofa bed, reversible air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, complete crockery, air purifier. Provided: Salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, paper towels, sponges, bin bags, tea towel, toilet paper, cleaning products, bottles of water, jam, Nespresso capsules, teas and herbal teas...
