This very quiet and bright 2-bedroom apartment with air conditioning and a terrace with no overlooking neighbors is ideal for congress attendees (15 minutes on foot from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for holidaymakers (15 minutes on foot from the beaches of La Croisette).

The Prado-République district is an international and lively neighborhood with many shops. It is located just steps from “La Banane,” the city center of Cannes. This area brings together some of Cannes’ most iconic places: La Croisette and its beaches, Rue d’Antibes and its boutiques, the Gambetta market with its fresh products, and the Palais des Festivals and its congresses.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:
