This beautiful space features equipped kitchenette with a small fridge and Nespresso machine, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast or enjoying a cup of coffee. The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a modern shower and a convenient washing machine. The toilet is separate for added privacy. Step outside onto your own little terrace with outdoor furniture. For your entertainment, we have a Smart TV in the studio. And the best part? Our location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the famous La Croisette. Come and experience all that this charming studio has to offer!
