The accommodation had everything we needed and exceeded expectation. Super comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and kitchen facilities superb. Spacious living area, lovely balcony. Aircon tip top in lounge and bedroom. Always had hot water. Really lovely pool with extra pool up top and jacuzzi pools and waterfall. Beautiful well kept garden area. Excellent location with convenience store less than 2 mins away, beach and old town 5 mins away with abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend and return.

Our stay was perfect. The location is key as it’s a 5-minute walk to the marina, the beach, the old town and the train station. One thing though, the floor was quite dirty when we arrived and we found stuff under the bed. With the limited cleaning services offered, we had to clean it all ourselves when we arrived. Except from that, everything was perfect.

We were extremely happy with the quality of the property and the amenities they offered. Location, location, location, 2 minutes to the pier, 7 minutes to train/bus station, 5 minutes to old town restaurants and hot spots. We did a lot of cooking in to save money, the kitchen was properly stocked and the dishwasher was a bonus!

Good value for this 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Very clean property and pool and garden. Excellent kitchen equipped for cooking and dining. Great dishwasher. Excellent location. Elevator broke down a lot. Had issues with persistent hot water in the kitchen and showers. Will be back!

Private Hot tub overlooking harbour was wonderfu! Court yard was pretty. Clean. Excellent location close to water front, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and farmers market.

The perfect accommodation in an outstanding location in beautiful Antibes. The rooms, the underground car parking, the staff…all added to make it a worry and hassle-free holiday…..we’ll definitely be back.

Spent 6 nights at this property. Location was excellent - easily walkable to town centre, bus and train stations, so a great base to explore the Cote D'Azur. Staff very friendly and helpful in the lead up and when checked in. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Decent hotel in really good location close to old town and station. Good sized, well equipped studio. Polite and friendly reception staff. Pool and garden setting was nice. Only gripes that the studio and balcony floors needed cleaning and a couple of minor repairs needed in the bathroom.

Really spacious one bedroom flat, with everything we needed in the kitchen area. Great location in Antibes old town. Lovely staff on reception but its open restricted hours. Some road noise in our room and the pool is only open 10.30am -6.30pm. Great value overall.

Stayed in 4 person apartment which had adequate facilities and nice decor. View from terrace was stunning looking over the harbour and fort. Only downside was noise from traffic even early hours of the morning, but not the properties fault. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location though was perfect for Antibes area and bus and train services where excellent. Would stay here again if visiting Antibes.

Location of property was ideal and the apartment was ok in comfort. Biggest concern was that there was no coffee filters, coffee, salt and pepper, other condiments, beach towels, and limited plates and some not reachable on top shelf. Service desk was only open limited hours to offer help.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property Last time we found the apartment dark and run down and very noisy from the pool However the location was good so we decided to give it another try but in a superior room with balcony and hot tub. The rooms were an improvement on the last time but could still do with some TLC It actually had two balconies,one above up a staircase which had the hot tub and sun loungers.. However the apartment was on the 4th floor and the lift broke down on 3 occasions I am over 80 with arthritis in my spine and had to climb 64 steps each time This was just not acceptable The staff are very.nice but not available between midday and 5pm Our main impression is that the whole complex needs cleaning and updating.

The location of the hotel is awesome. You are right in the heart of Antibes old town and you can walk everywhere. There are three small supermarkets very close by. No need for a rental car - it’s a 5min walk to the train and bus station to access the rest of the Riviera. The pool is lovely. The rooms are nice, clean and we managed with the small kitchenette. We had everything we needed.
