Inside the apartment, you'll find:

- A 70m2 terrace divided into two areas: a dining area with seating for 6 and a relaxation area with sun loungers and armchairs.

- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a second terrace featuring a dining table for 4, perfect for enjoying breakfast to the backdrop of birdsong.

Access the property within 8 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus from Cannes train station. A 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
