    Renovation of the entrance and painting of the hallways began on September 23 and will last for 6 months.

    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. When smoking outside, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
    Parties or events are not permitted.
    Noise disturbances are prohibited from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
    The house must be left clean and tidy: dishes washed, trash in the trash tins, and all furniture, equipment, and accessories returned to where you found them.
    Additional cleaning fees will apply if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.
    Any lost keys will be charged at €200.
    Pets are not allowed.
