Very mediocre
There were no amenities, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer. Towels were hand sized and the refrigerator had been left off. The apartment smelled musty and there was no air circulation or HVAC. Principle bedroom is above the garage entrance so you hear when people enter/leave the garage.

Hello Anne Thomopoulos, we are very sorry to read your review, by the way, your apartment had soap, toilet paper and the hair dryer too, as all the apartments in Sunny Beach, we have been to check twice and all was correct. HVAC is for law regulations, present in every apartment too, it can be seen on the pictures.About the bedroom, we have fully soundproofed windows, anyway your apartment had 3 bedrooms and as for the city taxes that you paid you were alone, why did you choose this bedroom instead of the other 2? Modern Apartments Right on the Beach....
The property is made up of high quality contemporary apartments, tastefully decorated. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Free wifi with decent speed. Great location in Cannes, right on the beach and just a 5 minute walk to some nice cafe bars & restaurants. There is street parking but it can be expensive. Noticed some free parking on the beach front just a 1 minute walk away, however this was full most of the time - So need to get it there fast.

Horrible Service - Great Location
We were very disappointed at the level of service provided. This is a bare minimum accommodation. I wanted so much to leave a positive review but I need to be truthful in hope it will help improve someone elses experience. It was a complete mystery as to what the cleaning fee of 110.00 covers. No toilet paper, no paper towels, etc. Our apartments floor was so dirty it made our feet and Socks literally black, the bathroom door was broken and if not careful you would get locked in, the toilet seat was broken, there was an ant infestation, and the WiFi was so so so slow it was almost useless to connect to the network. I texted Ms. Perez our Contact for the apartment 2x concerning the apartments disrepair and received no response. The lady that checked us in was more concerned we understood all the fine print of extra charges we could incur if we didn’t leave the place clean (again why did we pay 110.00 as a cleaning fee? For us to clean on arrival and departure) she was also very unfriendly. As for the location... Fantastic! it’s directly across from the beach and a short walk into the center of Cannes. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea. Within a block you have a good selection of restaurants, bakery, and ice cream.

Good value, great location and views.
The location was perfect! The overall two bedroom condo was very nice and modern style. The person who supports your check in and stay was very kind and attentive to our needs. I will say I did not appreciate having to pay a pricey fee for cleaning service and also the bathrooms had strong odor but overall a good stay I would recommend.

We were there for 10 days in July 2018. We are a family of four, two adults and two little children. We all slept comfortably in this place. The apartment is new and all appliances are new and high quality. It’s sparkling clean. The balcony was a plus. Every morning we go to the next door bakery to get fresh baguette and croissants. After breakfast we cross the street and we are at a beautiful beach. The location of the place and the place itself were perfect.

Modern apartment, extremely close to beach.
I would recommend this apartment for families with older children (due to the steep staircase) and couples looking to visit Cannes. The bakery next door is convenient and you are a short 10 minute walk from the marina. There are numerous restaurants alongside the beach on your walk towards the marina, and there is a local convenience store, just 10 minutes away from the apartment. I would suggest that anyone staying here ensures they know how to operate the sofa bed and door before you are left to your own devices. Ended up costing me over €30 in phone calls to get things resolved!

Sunny Beach
Excellent location, 10-minute walk to marina, casino, shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean, fully equipped kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Makes you really feel like you're on vacation
Great location at the edge of the older section of town, opposite to a very nice stretch of sandy beach, perfect for a relaxing swim. Steps away from everything and with a delicious bakery next door. A 10' walk along the sea gets you to the harbor and the buzz of the town. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped. Parkin was expensive and difficult due to narrow, walled stalls. The common areas were sometimes neglected, and the wifi was appallingly slow and unreliable. The Boulevard is noisy but the place is peaceful when the windows are closed, and the AC is efficient and quiet. Although not always the best place to relax with the street noise on the other side of a wall of flowery bushes, the terrace was large and sunny. Finally, we enjoyed a very responsive and accommodating service.

L’emplacement de la location est idéale pour profiter de la plage et des restaurants. L’appartement est vaste et idéal pour une famille. Par contre, l’équipement fourni ne rencontre pas le minimum pour un séjour de plusieurs journées.Une seule chaise de patio, pas de mouchoirs, un seul sac de vidange pour la semaine et 2 rouleaux de papier de toilette. Meme pas une spatule pour faire cuire des œufs. Le scellant de la douche est à refaire avec empressement. Il faut cependant dire que la vue sur la Méditerranée en dégustant un café le matin nous fait oublier plein de défauts. La boulangerie adjacente à l’immeuble est super .

Photo non contractuelle attention très déçue entre la photo prise et la réalité appartement au rdc pas de vue sur la mer car boucher par végétation. Réception tv très limite ne reçoit que la 1 et la 7. Route très passagère même la nuit en hors saison Malgré cela bonne situation pour visite sans voiture sur cannes et ces alentours

Bel emplacement avec une belle terrasse Très belle vue sur la mer Lieu calme avec un premier doute: ligne de chemin de fer juste au dessus de la résidence mais pas de nuit avec les fenêtres fermées Manque un peu de vaisselle et d’utilitaires pour la partie cuisine et service Bon boulanger juste à côté !!

Super sted. Stort og nydeligt med dejlig aircondition og smuk udsigt. Perfekt til sommer og som ferie med familien - børn har adgang direkte til stranden men brug fodgænger feltet til at krydse vejen. Franskmændene køre som tovlige.

Be careful with extra charge!
Paid 40 euro for late check-in fee after 8pm. Also paid 110 euro for cleaning fee which is obligation. You have to read the description of the resort carefully. There is the construction project on the road of the beach. So taking a walk is uncomfortable. The room is remodeled and clean.

Accueil désagréable hygiène à revoir couettes très sales manque de serviettes où il a fallu en racheter pour se doucher c’est inadmissible. L’appartement en lui même très bien, clair et bien placé. Au niveau services et prestations c’est nul!!

Magnifique appartement face à la mer
Nous avons eu l'appartement numéro 1. Très bel appartement en duplex avec l'entrée la chambre, la salle de bain et les toilettes au rez donnant sur l'arrière et au 1er la partie cuisine séjour et la plus grande terrasse bien orientée avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons eu l'occasion d'y déjeuner même la semaine de Noel . Décoration contemporaine. Tout est neuf et correspond aux photos. La proximité du train n'est pas gênante.(Du moins en cette saison) . Manque un porte manteau dans l'entrée et un ouvre bouteille !!!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia a fine agosto, è stato tutto davvero perfetto dall'arrivo alla partenza! il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile (nonostante fossimo arrivati prima dell'orario di arrivo indicato) e poi che dire dell'appartamento.. perfetto! La casa era molto grande e luminosa, i bagni sono davvero molto comodi e spaziosi, per non parlare dell'ampio balcone con una vista stupenda sul mare (sul balcone c'è anche un tavolino che ti permette colazioni perfette di prima mattina). pulizia ottima! posizione perfetta dopo una breva camminata sul lungomare arrivi nella zona centrale di cannes. Di una cosa siamo certi che ci torneremo sicuramente!

Posizione eccezionale fronte mare.
Appartamento dotato di tutti i comforts (biancheria, posate, piatti, bicchieri, macchina caffè, etc.). Molto professionale il sig. Ansa responsabile delle gestione dell'appartamento il quale ha avuto una disponibilità immediata e molto professionale.
